How do I care for and wash my Woolroom products?
Many of our products feature our 'washable wool' technology. We recommend using a wool-specific detergent on a delicate or wool cycle at 30°C. Always check the specific care label on your item, as some luxury collections may be dry clean only.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a sleep trial on mattresses and protectors?
Yes, we offer a 100-Night Sleep Trial on our wool mattresses and specific bedding sets. If you are not completely satisfied with your sleep quality after 60 nights, you can contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Are your wool products ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to the highest animal welfare standards. All our wool is traceable back to the farm through our Wool ID program, ensuring fair pay for farmers and ethical treatment of the sheep.
What is your return policy for bedding items?
Unused and unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets that have been used outside of a trial period cannot be returned.
